Especially because Keefe D has a checkered past and no credibility. I see what you’re saying. But there was a thorough state to state investigation where Keefe D was offered a form of immunity in order to tell his story. Although he thought it was full immunity to give his story all over the place and even write a book lol completely backfired on him. One of the real peculiar things about that whole situation is, I remember March 1997. One of the very first initial stories that came out of the crime scene basically immediately after the murder of Biggie, was that the Notorious B.I.G. was murdered over a cash dispute where Puff Daddy owed the Crips money, and there was a turf war as a result of this or something along those lines. Another story was that Faith Evans had knowledge of the Tupac hit immediately and knew it was puffy paid gunman. These were loose stories that didn’t really have a real factual base that could be proven. But it’s funny because in one way or another it kind of all ties together in Keefe D’s 2016 “immunity“ statement. These are the reasons why I personally believe Keefe D is telling the truth. It seems unlikely there is enough evidence to implicate p diddy in the tupac case despite him actively conspiring to have him killed. Keefe d saying diddy solicited the hit is not enough to even lay a charge. There is no legitimate evidence at this point unfortunately.
In regards to Diddy being charged, I don’t know it feels like whenever the government really wants you they can get you no matter what. Michael Jackson went to trial based on documentary where he’s being a too chummy with a child, where they were discussing sleepovers. After P. Diddy’s homes got raided, it became clear that this is a federal matter. If they want you they can get you imho. They find a way to make it stick and to make it happen.
