It's like this:

A named TPS constable was sentenced to 7 years in the pen in 2023 for a crime committed in 2017 and who now after being out on bail during his appeal process since his 2023 conviction, will finally be serving his sentence as a 3 justice court of appeal panel ordered which is what this is about.

Justice served, finally.

Our cops are tops, indeed. A few bad apples, such as exists in every field of endeavour, will not negate that irrefutable fact!!

Be thankful you are not in the USA where police corruption is not only rife, but the cops kill between 1100 to 1400 a year. Mostly without accountability

I'm betting that if the accused was some leftie twat $300k per annum "consultant", you'd be all for him having as much due process as he could get. But if he's a cop, he should go straight to jail, skip even having a trial.

In an attempt to be fair to the compromised OPP and it's too cozy for comfort bromance with the government of Ontario's crime syndicate lord, Hogg Ford, the greenbelt investigation was transferred to the RCMP in 2023.
