I had a " drive by dumping " , but it didn't leave me speechless.... A while ago, I was shooting the breeze with some of the people I work with and the topic of " worst dumping" came up, and my xgirlfriend won, hands down...
We both worked at the same company, but not always on the same shifts. On Wednesday, we had gotten together, laughed, had great sex, gone out to eat. The last words out of her mouth were "I love you" ... I said "Me too.. I'll either call you tomorrow, or I'll see you at shift change on Friday." Friday afternoon rolls around and I get to work. She's sitting in her car in the parking lot. I walk up and as she rolls the window down, I say " Hey babe, how's it going?"... She says "I don't think we shoulod see each other anymore.".... I stood there for a second, and the thought that passed through my mind was " is there any real hope for a relationship with someone with communication skills that are this piss - poor?" did I really want to be with someone who managed her end of the relationship by threatening to leave?... I really couldn't think of anything else to say, so I just said " Works for me!!" and turned and went into work.
I don't think that was the response she was expecting or looking for, but I stuck with it. I'm sure that sometimes, when a woman says she wants to end a relationship, she really just wants to manipulate you into getting something she wants... and sometimes it just backfires...
