I know this is an escort review section, but there have been threads over the last few weeks on the strip club scene here.

I used to frequent the clubs here quite often two or three years ago. Actually, I'd spend about $100 per payday, and it would buy 10 dances - and I would find some VERY liberal girls @ $10/dance.

Anyhow, now my $100 only buys 5 decent dances ($10 dances are now a waste - one dancer even went so far as to tell me if I wanted a $10 dance, she would move her stool back a foot so there would be no accidental contact). And they are still not as good as the dances I used to get.

My thought process here is: If I take my $100 and spend $30 on gas, I still have money for 7 dances in Montreal. So I think I've given up on the clubs here. Have others come to the same conclusion?

$10 dances still available @ the Fax

If you guys are looking for $10 dances try the BareFax alot of the girls who have been there a while will still do $10 dances where you don't need binoculars to see the girl. Some will also do $15 dances and will allow light touching during these (i.e. touch legs, hips, and back).

So, here's my experience :
2 weeks ago, BareFax, with a few friends. Some blondie came to our table and asked my buddy if he'd like a "free dance"... and guess what... he said "no, thanks" :-D LOL, the girl was pissed !!!
So, dunno the rates... 10 bucks you said ? Ok to touch ?

Last week-end, in a Montreal SC. Friends wanted to offer me a danse. Nice ! So I pick up a lovely brunette. She began to danse, and I kept my hands behind my back... a few sec later, she says "it's ok, you can touch !"... well, then I didn't kept my hands in my pocket. Could touch everything... to bad that her string was still on ;-) But do you know It's also ok to kiss/lick ?

How about Barbarella in Ottawa ? Good place ? How much for a danse ? Extra service ?

Thanks !

Lick and kiss? Some girls will let yo, most won't. Thinking about it, how many guys licked or kissed her before you? Do you still want to lick or kiss after thinking about this?

I stopped even thinking about it after one girl I tried it on told me she danced for about 10-15 guys before seeing me. She said "Maybe I'll let you do it but, maybe all these guys did it also..." So I told her I would pass my turn, she laught and told me she would not allow any customer to do it anyway... She marked her point with me and I remember her each time Mr.Happy gets excited in a stripclub.

Barbarella is good and booth are private but as everywhere, YMMV

Unless you have nothing else to do, your time is worth something too. If you go to Montreal, you waste about 4 hours. At $10/hr it's $40. Plus $30 gas, you are at $70, so 3 $10 dances left...
In Ottawa, $100 gets you 5 dances.

I droped by Caberet Canada today on the way home from work.
I hadn't been there before and figured WTF.
What a total wste of time. This place is a dive to the Nth degree.
Located downstairs, Ceilings are very low very poor lighting, Pool table was broken, tables looked like they were bought from a flea market, you get the idea.
I talked with 2 dancers, they were friendly and had nice personalities but that was about it (at least for taste).
The only thing that I liked about it was leaving.
I would suggest (very strongly) that you avoid this place .

CC is a dive but .....

there are times when there are some mighty fine babes in there. Thrusday nights seem to be hopping with college chicks dancing. A lot of girl next door types (not that GNDs are bad) but a few knockouts ...... and if you're a fan of natural maguppies there's rarely any silicone to be found.

I've gotten some of my best mileage outside of the QC FS joints here and one terbite PMed me that he got a bbbj there too .... if you look close enough you can find good in most anything ..... that being said I haven't been back there in over a year but drive by a lot and there's always several cars there

Okay. When I used to frequent the 'Mate regularly, I'd usually drop $400 in a night. Now where is the math?

Besides, I don't go to Montreal just for the SCs. I've friends in the city that I typically will catch a Habs game in winter with, or a 'spos game in summer....

Besides, I just don't find it enjoyable paying $20 for something I know I could be paying $10 for elsewhere. I guess it's a matter of supply and demand. If there is sufficient demand at $20, that will be the going price. I just know that what I get for $20 just isn't worth it to me.

Now that's different! If you can combine activities without doing the trip only for SC then, of course it's worth it. Hey! When I go to Mtl I do the same! :D

Barbarella's - New Year's Day

After getting lucky at the Casino, I decided to try my luck at Barbarella's. Spread the wealth!

I should state from the beginning: as a former Montrealer, I usually look askance at Ottawa's offerings - too little that costs too much. And still no replacement for my favourite, Club Cleopatra (If any dancer in any city ever surpasses Roxanne for sheer eroticism, well, I'll join a monestary)

And Barabarella's initially lived up to my lower expectations. Six girls on a Saturday night? Waiting up to 10 minutes for a drink? My next trip to Montreal couldn't come fast enough. But then I took a stroll to the champagne room with Corrine.

She's french-canadian. I'd estimate late 20s, B or C breasts, at least one child (even in the dim light, I could see some stretch marks), but still, an excellent effort at customer relations. When she was called away to dance on stage it was with real regret on my part - definitely worth the inflated Ottawa prices (though we did hit it off very well before the dance - YMMV. ) Nicely interactive.

As Corrine began her dances, Angel emerged from the champgane room. Who am I to refuse?

Angel is a young (early 20s at most) girl with an excellent, fit body. A small-town girl, she's feeling her way around the big city now. Great dances, terrific smile, overall, a must repeat. Again, though, we spent a few minutes prior to the dance chatting - making a connection before the clothes start coming off always seems to make the dances go better.

In short: Ottawa is still overpriced, and I'm still looking forward to my next trip to Montreal, but thanks to Corrine and Angel for demonstrating that the Nation's Capital still does have a few redeeming features.

After a few pints with a friend, went to Fanny's in the market.

All I'll say is: Sundays and Mondays beer is $4.50. That's the only redeeming feature. When the dancers can look completely bored when performing on stage, you know it's time to leave.

Bare Fax and Barbarella's: Here I come!
