Figjam4, its about time that you realized your sanctimonious and lecturing approach on this board is out of place. This board is all about passing on information -- the good, the bad and the ugly -- to help each other out with hobbying. And it is expensive with a lot of rip-offs out there. This is the one place that can provide "consumer reports" so that those rip-offs are minimized. BTW, you need not run interference for Jasmin week after week -- it's predictable and tiresome. She's a big girl and obviously can stand up for herself. They say if you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen; in this case, if you don't like some of the reviews based on their rhetoric alone then ....

Austin, it has nothing to do with Jasmin and it has nothing to do with reviews. You will notice that I replied not to the review, which I found tasteless, but to the continuing personal attacks being made by Legos.

I am sure that Legos is a big boy as well and can stand up for himself and he does not need you to butt in each time he picks a fight on this board. If he stops the personal attacks, then I will stay out of it.

If you have a problem with me saying so then be like Legos and speak-up, but be prepard for a response from me and probably a few others.... If in doing so, makes me a b!tch then so be it..... but I will not tolerate any man or any post for that matter, that blantantly demeans or disresepects any woman. We are all supposed to be adults, but some men have obvioulsy left in the locker room of their old highschool.

Jasmin, there is no arguing with you because you have a predilection for misinterpreting points that I've made in my posts. You are defensive in the extreme and, quite frankly, I'm surprised the Mods let you back on this board after being bounced off last year for your tactlessness. As for Ricardoms' post, it was unquestionably crass and deserved to be called out for that (BTW Rubme, I loved your response). But remember Jasmin, the Ottawa/Kingston board is primarily a place where men post reviews on MP and SP experiences. Heavens to Betsy that a little locker room language might be used now and again! If you want to be our self-appointed nanny, then go ahead and make an ass of yourself. You might want to check out the other city boards and do the same. Further still, you might make this a crusade and impose your will on all the other boards for that matter!
