Tbf there is always a risk. Most of the SP are probably tested. For asian provider no so sure about it cause keep in mind they get brainwashed to make money AND most of them do it agains their own will for productivity this is also the main reason why they have cheaper price. A few asian provider did confirm it to me. I will not mention their name for security purpose. They probably have something on their end to get tested after a certain time. Like everybody should get test reguraly in this hobby. I personaly always ask play safe as possible so i encourage people do the same.
