So many ads will have edited photos, old photos, etc. I personally don't know Ottawa well myself so I can't point toward any specific providers. I would take time to verify as much as you can that the person is real. Look for things like photos with date/times. Try reverse image searching. Look into if their contact info has been in the area for some time, and if others here on this board have reviewed them all the better. Always be prepared to be disappointed and leave when the door is opened and the person behind it is not the one you have made an appointment with.

The majority of misleading ads are in fact by agencies and bookers. Scams are often french canadian girls from montreal but any culture and race do as well.
There are a lot of pimps in Ottawa and Montreal. I've been in this for a long time, also lived in Ottawa over 20 years, Montreal 20 years, Toronto 5 years, and most major cities in Canada for a year or so each.
You talk about reviews but it cant be depended on fully. that other review site (cant say the name here) charged a thousand dollars to any girl who wants a membership and be able to remove negative comments. while others offer membership and have the protection included. Then there are the guys who exploit girls and threaten them with negative comments or offer them positive comments in return for a payoff in services. I think kaichan provided you a lot of good input. As you suspected Leo List can be a minefield. However there are gems to be found.
