It depends. If we are talking about standard Asian massage places. Mostly the person who greets you at the door walks you down the hallway and says "how long" you say and then you pay her the door fee. Then usually that same girl comes back in 3-5 mins for the massage unless you ask for someone else. So you can say "who's working today" while you are still at the door. (I don't do that very often as I don't want to offend anyone..I'm very Canadian) Negotiations happen later in your time and then you tip accordingly. Sometimes if you are a regular you just pay it all at the end, that happens to me at a couple of places. I think the more semi-legit places you pay at the end and the full on bare bones massage places you pay up front in case you run out the back door. As for indy places like ladies from Kijiji it's all at the end.
I keep getting lured into there, thinking it’ll get better but it doesn’t. Mediocre at best.

I have seen Tina a few times. Very enthusiastic but same services routinely.
