So, who feels that organic food is very good for you and worth the extra cost or is it just a big scam?

I intentionally avoid buying anything organic (except organ meat ;) ) because I believe that it's the latter.

Also, just anecdotally, it seems that women are into it more than guys. Am I right? Wrong?

This came to mind when discussing naturopaths in darts' burning dick thread.

Depends on what you mean by "organic". Because it varies. In Canada at least when you're talking about fresh produce, meat, vegetables, fruit, "organics" are self reported by the producer, or farmer. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency simply does not have enough inspectors to realistically check every source of organic food. So the self-reporting method is used. Which of course means it's open to abuse. And with the profits from "organic" food being higher than non-organic, the incentive is there. So, in answer to your question, some food labelled organic really is organic and some of it isn't. Try figuring out which is which.

I would guess that at supermarkets, the food labeled organic might be 50-50 truly organic.

That lends even more validity to my approach of avoidance. Regardless of the accuracy of the claim, if it's labelled as organic, it's gonna cost more and I ain't buying it.

Yes, women are definitely more into organic food than men. And, yes, organic food is not worth it.

Here
My favorite thing to do on a Saturday is to go to a farmers market where everything is supposed to be organic and twice the cost and then if you go around to the back of the booth you say boxes with Oshawa Foods on them

darts' dick is burning. He's asking the resident TERB medical experts what it is and how he should take care of it.
