Wow! Hey Jessica have you ever heard the rules of customer satisfaction?

Rule 1. The customer is always right.

Rule 2. If you think the customer is wrong go back and read Rule 1 again.
Further to this.....clearly, she agrees with you....as she previously stated, the SP is her customer, not you. You are the wallet/victim/John/etc. Her mindset is pretty apparent here. Doesn't give a shit about you or me, simply put.

You are right. Well, we all tried giving advice but she doesn't get it. Reminds me of used car salesman. They don't care what they tell you so long as they gat to unload that lemon on you.

That is absolutely not what I said at all.. I did say the SP is my customer, they are the ones that HIRE us... WE do the advertising and screening, security ect.. I dont see how that makes you the wallet, or victim.. I was explaining our role as it really seems to be very misunderstood. One of the reasons is that MOST agencies take a more "pro-active" role in customer service... The problem with that, please pay attention.. Is it actually very much Illegal to do so. If I even imply that sp does something different that she is doing, I am considered to be "exercising direction and control over a prostitute". If I was to tell an sp that she should wear her hair up instead of down, that in itself would be enough to be charged.

These are the reasons that I really, truly cant be involved in the "customer service" which most of the time involves the SP not doing what she claims she allows.. that is 99% of the issue.

BTW my information on how I deal with this issue is given to us by an extremely reliable legal source.

In a perfect world I could offer deals to an unhappy clients.. or bargains.. But the agencies that do this will eventually live to regret this practice.

This is not a cop out.. Its the reality of the situation

I have to use the lingo that is normally used in the industry. After speaking with the potential SP I make it extremely clear that we are not their boss rather their contracted help.. It facilitates the process.. Thats all..

So Jess, if you refuse to address customer complaints because that would potentially put you in violation of s.212(1)(h) of the Criminal Code, does that mean you also refuse to accept money from the girls you "represent" as that would place you in violation of s.212(1)(j)?

When you exercise direction and control you are more likely to have someone come back at you ..Section J is much harder to prove.. and in most cases..Legally speaking section H is where most agencies get hung out to dry..As its much easier to prove. So we are doing as much as we can in bounds..

I would rather have a consumer pissed because I didnt offer them compensation for a service they didnt recieve, than have an SP angry at me for telling them to do so..

People tend to get a bit sour when you start telling them what to do, I'M sure most of you understand that point.

Take your own advice

So I am going to abandon this thread from this point on; I have said everything that needed to be said on our part.
Man, take your own advice, Jessica. You're not doing yourself any favours here.

OK, here's what you do, Jessica:

1) Tell the client you'll speak to the SP but explain to the client your legal position

2) Speak to the SP and see if they give a damn or not

3) Get back to the client

By doing this I think you'll at least appease most of us clowns ... even if we do continue to give unfavourable reviews if the service is not up to par.

O

OnTheWayOut

This chick just doesn't get it and she needs to get in the last word. So i post only to make her have to post to try to get in the last word again. LOL

No probs with PK

Despite all that's written above, I have to say that I haven't had any problems with the agency. While I haven't liked every girl I've been with, I've had my expectations met with most of them. Which is more than I can say about some of the cars I've bought over the years...
I saw Samantha today, had a great, non-rushed time and will post a review in another thread.
