8/9 now, but lots of strings. Limited to 4 vacs, but all are what's being used in the US. Negative test no more than 72 hours old and proof of vaccination posted to some app..Those of us WO apps apparently still SOL...

You can use the web portal as well as the app, so you don't need to have that.
