Opening An Agency

Looking for someone who knows the business to offer me some insight as to how to open an agency and the breakdown on the expenses, splits and also possible problems that a agency owner may encounter.

Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Ive had some experience in this and Id say unless you've been involved or have alot of connections in the business then dont do it far too many head aches.
