After Elon Musk take over, the porn bots were running rampant with onlyfans ads. She and other onlyfans models ran a bunch of marketing ads, essentially gaming the algorithms so each ad has millions of views. At the time X had so much porn on it, it was crazy.

The IRS would already know exactly how much money she made on Only Fans in any given calendar year, due to the Form 1099 filing requirements that exist in the US (there is nothing similar to that in Canada). The IRS gets a 1099 form from OnlyFans, which would disclose the earnings by every US resident who is being paid from the platform. There could be a middle man in charge of her Only Fans account who is getting paid -- that middle man, who would certainly be on the IRS radar because of the $size, would then be required to fill 1099s for anyone they issued payments to.

In Canada there are generally only tax slips issued by employers and for certain investment income. In the US if you do any consultant work or services for a company, make any money / receive payments from a digital platform (such as Only Fans), make money over "x" amount from a gambling site, those companies who pay you are required to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. So she can't hide it.

All that being said, while I'm sure she is making several million from Only Fans, I assume the $43million is fake and is a social media power play to try to generate more attention for her.

We have a T4A form in Canada for these kind of earnings and place them in Box 20 as self-employed earnings . For foreign residents, we would use an NR4 and place it in Box 2 as periodic payments. We are not totally backward here in Canada.

That's not correct. Box 20 is fairly specific in scope and would certainly not cover OnlyFans earnings.

There is a T4A for certain specific earnings (see link below) But it is nowhere near as inclusive as the 1099 in the US. Unlike the US, there will be no Tax Slip sent to the CRA by Only Fans, reporting the earnings of its Candian content creators. Creators are still required to pay taxes, CPP, HST though. But you prepare your records and then report it on your tax return.

There is no tax slip sent to the Canadian government for people who did consulting services for a company in Canada, janitorial services for a company in Canada, - unlike the US.where the paying company must prepare a slip for the government.

If this figure is accurate, that is a crazy amount of money. I'd never really heard of her until this was posted. But, it really shows how you can make bank if you are lucky enough to grab the attention of lonely men....But, I've heard and seen a huge number of porn stars and escorts launch OnlyFans sites with mixed results.
