You re lucky a few members of city council weren't there enjoying a few cocktails and started giving you the evil eye!!

All you guys were missing was Kramer and Newman to make this a priceless episode of Seinfeld!!

Sounds like a lot of fun. I was wondering how the NuDen ladies would react to the CMJ ladies coming en masse, although I would have loved to see the reaction of the dancers. That must have been really funny.

I've certainly never been to one, but I believe I have seen on terb, and especially merb, references to SP parties where the ladies get together, strictly for fun, and some of the clients are fortunate enough to get invited. Ottawa may not be a large enough market for that sort of thing?

The dancers, at least the ones I talked too, did not seem to even notice the CMJ ladies, although they were curious about TERB. Maybe we'll see them posting here soon! Some of us Terbies partook a few of the dancing ladies services to make sure they knew they were not loosing any business! It was a tough job but someone had to do it......

Thx Jasmine..You ALWAYS impress me. Love the attitude! although I came in late and was unable to see everyone, I really appreciate you and your staff closing down shop to attend this event - wish I was there earlier.

Have not been to the Den for about a year, but it appears there is some new talent there (in training of course!).

Thanks NiteHwk for organizing this event, nice job. It was great to see some old friends from CMJ and meet the others... as always, a class act. Also nice to meet some other TERB members from Ottawa and talk shop .
Hope this catches on and we try another get together in the future.

Hey everyone...

My first chance to be on-line since the party...

Thanks everyone for coming... a few less then I thought would show... still a good time for sure... was nice to meet everyone... especially the ladies.

Too bad about the girls being asked to leave. Like Jasmine said... just a little miscommunication I think. The bar manager thought he would lose business if the ladies were handing out cards. Next party (if in a SC) I will go visit the manager first in person to explian how TERB parties can increase not take biz away... and all will be well I am sure. As I was telling everyone at the party... in TO these parties started out small... and then grew much bigger... some parties have seen a couple hundred show up.

I was a bit surprised that none of the dancers we talked to knew anything about TERB. In other locals they seem to all know us. I did write down the url and give out to a couple dancers... so yah maybe we'll see them chiming in here in the future. That would be all good I think.

Thanks again to all that showed up. If you have any ideas for another party... where/when etc... please by all means post away... and we'll get another going in a month or so... wherever.

An idea whose time has come for Ottawa TERBites I think. Yah! Party On!

Hey everyone

Sounds like quite the night at the NuDen. Sorry to hear about the intervention of the GM. I can somewhat understand the GMs reaction. I'm sure his initial feeling was that the girls might be successful with taking slome of his clientelle away as the next time a guy decides to go out he may say 'you know what, I'm going to hit up an MP or SP instead of the NuDen'.

Another take on it would be if an MP or SP were hosting an open meet-and-greet event at a bar and then some women attended from a rival studio and began passing out business cards.

I'm sure all was sorted out and it were merely a hickup amongst the entire night.


Kudos to NiteHwk and all who were involved in the planning of the night. Cheers to many more events in the future!

Perhaps next time around, a good choice for a location would be a pub,bar or nightclub where the first part of the night can have a VIP section for attendees of the event. After that, the party can continue and everyone can drink and dance the night away.

Was going through old posts when I found this thread, hope it's okay to resurrect it. Anyway, my question: are there any plans to have another party event? Sounds like the last one was a blast, I'd definitely be in for the next one!
