I saw it & was thinking the same thing. There's no doubt that he has an impressive basketball IQ but kudos for him to be able to just "wing it" on there.Did anyone catch Kyle Lowry sitting in for an ill Kenny Smith on the NBA TV panel? Damn impressive job, that should be his future after playing days are over.
Chris Bosh Hospitized for serious health concerns . He maybe out for rest of the season
Wow. Who was expecting that, especially such a margin. Hawks went completely off the boil in the third period.Raptors wins over Hawks 105-80! J.J, L.W, Lory amazing...
Go Raptors Go!

Since Larry Sanders is a free agent, I think Masai owes it to the organization to sit down and talk with him and any former coaches, Bucks' execs, teammates, etc., along with the current Raptor locker room leaders, and do his due diligence on the guy.Bringing Sanders here, IMO would be a mistake. The Raps have a real good team chemistry and you would not want to see that messed up.
Let Sanders go somewhere else and get his shit together. I read somewhere he is not expected to play for the balance of this season, personal issues!?!
Personally I would prefer they went after Perkins. It doesn't look like they would have much chance getting him as he is said to be going to the Cavs once his buy out is completed.Since Larry Sanders is a free agent, I think Masai owes it to the organization to sit down and talk with him and any former coaches, Bucks' execs, teammates, etc., along with the current Raptor locker room leaders, and do his due diligence on the guy.
6'11" C/PF shot blockers with some skill & physicality don't grow on trees. If the Raps think Sanders' head is right and they can get him to sign a cheap "prove it" deal for the rest of year (+ perhaps a mutual option), they owe it to the team and fans.
At worst/if he acts like a knucklehead and disrupts team chemistry, you can cut him and be out a few hundred thousand; at best, you're talking about a difference-maker who could help them reach the Eastern Conference Finals or maybe even the NBA Finals if things break the right way.
Kendrick Perkins can't shoot a lick. Plus he's slowed down to a crawl (even by his standards) and has no hops anymore. He's basically Chuck Hayes plus four inches. On top of that, Cleveland appears to be the front-runner for his services; Lebron has more cachet than the Raps. ("I'm taking my talents to Lake Erie." Lol!)Personally I would prefer they went after Perkins. It doesn't look like they would have much chance getting him as he is said to be going to the Cavs once his buy out is completed.
It appears Sanders has personal issues that will keep him on the sidelines for the balance of the year. What you suggest definitely has merit. The Raps signed James Johnson this year after
meetings with JJ and the Raps coaching staff. Personally, I thought the Raps had made a mistake, but obviously I was wrong. JJ was told what his role would be, and he has done everything asked of him and has been an important piece for the team. No question he has matured and become a team player.
Would it work with Sanders?
Totally agree with your assessment. Sanders would totally bolster the bench. Just remember what guys were saying about Zack Randolph early in his career and how well he's played in the past 5 years.Since Larry Sanders is a free agent, I think Masai owes it to the organization to sit down and talk with him and any former coaches, Bucks' execs, teammates, etc., along with the current Raptor locker room leaders, and do his due diligence on the guy.
