The auto bailouts saved thousands of jobs, that's why Ohio went blue, they know what Obama did for them.

Romney would have given Wall Street the link to Washington on a silver platter if he would have got elected. Again, the Wall Street bailouts was done to save jobs, or did you want to see an unemployment rate of over 10%?

When you grow old and feeble, you will be able to explain Obamacare yourself. You will thank him then because you're too narrow minded to see it right now.

Another Republican blogger in denial. The GOP is going to have to do more than "interact with" minorities if it wants to win. It's going to have to overhaul itself and become a party of minorities, and yes, as the backbone of the party becomes less white, its policies are necessarily going to change. New people WILL bring new ideas.

He's right that the GOP is losing because it is losing the immigrant vote, but his parochial view that this can be fixed by "interacting" is a failure. The GOP needs to become a party comprised of minorities and immigrants, it does not merely need to reach out to them.

On the other hand it is correct that a lot of immigrants hold fairly conservative views. The GOP will have to kill some of its sacred cows in order to tap into that, though.

Really late to the party again. It was covered earlier. The markets largely went down because of the European Bank Chairmans comment about Germany, not the election.You of course know better. The US stock market os not the centre of the universe. The US losses might just be the bankers selling off their holdings, now that they know their time is short before new guidelines hit them. Interestingly enough, the health sector rose.
