I am convinced he is "punking" the system to protest against Trans rights.
Where is the porn star? There is no mention or sightings of that in the Sun post...
But, @Cardinal Fang, I too think they are being outrageous to mess with trans people. I wonder if they were going to be fired or something so quickly pivoted to this as a possible defence and claim they were let go for their orientation.

The Union will protect him even if they disagree with what he is doing. The school board doesn't want to touch this issue.
I can't tell from the video but it's probably former male pornstar Voodoo. He's a skydiving instructor in the area.
That was my first thought from the way it was covered, but at this point who knows.
