Why would a sp offer carcalls if they had an incall location?

I saw her in Feburay at her place. Communications with her was difficult at best. It took about 2 days to get the infomation on rates menu etc. She has her owen house in Bradford. So I finelly get all the onfo get to her place txt Im there. She says come to the front door so some guy about 20ish opens the door " red flag " so I walk in take my boots off there about another 6 to 8 pairs of boots there. Another girl walks up to me an say hello ?? She shows me where to go as I walk by the family room theres about another 3 or 4 people there . Anyway I get to the room shes there waiting.
Pictures are her so we talk for awhile she seems nice an polite. After about 10 minutes I want to satrt as I only booked for hh. Star with some lfk np no dfk. Any way she gives me bbbj not the best mayb a 5 or 6. Shes clean so I move on. Then I hear a buzzer sound an she says oh thats her timer but not to worry my time wasnt up. I can her the people the the other room talking. The kid who answered the door was her son !!!! the others were friends . Repeat " HELL " no
