the1 has made this section utterly useless in every possible way. the minimal arguments back and forth apple vs droid were fun and some days apple guys were up and some days the droid guys were up. however differences were put aside when someone had a legit tech question and people would jump in to help with whatever info or experience they might have had.

now the first 2 pages are basically just the1 flooding the shit out of this section with boring nonsense and bullshit and this section ain't worth a fuck anymore because of it. i will come check it out again and respond if i see this thread pop up and is looking for a response. other than that though this section is fucked now.

nothing to do with you and your 4 threads or even the light bickering back and forth that me and you had or others had. it was the massive flooding of insecure fans that made this section pathetic and nearly impossible to use. he wasn't posting anything relevant or worthwhile. it was all just non sense and bullshit. it's nothing to do with wimping out, if you want to have a discussion like normal people go ahead i would be more than happy. the1 posted 50 threads in 4 days of just worthless crap.

With the disclaimer that I was 'Linux First' in 98, and 'Linux Only' in the early 2Ks, and as a person with some technical knowledge, I'd take all of the OS and Platform partisans and replace them with two WoodPeckr's any day. Even for platforms that aren't Linux. He has actual knowledge AND is willing to share. Instead this place has become the politics and religion forum.

I agree and found Woodie helpful on several computer issues.
Some people tell me he is a terrible person but I noticed that if you don't provoke him, he won't provoke you (unlike some jerks on this Board whose only purpose is to provoke without adding any value whatsoever).
