I agree that IMO they want a lot more then just the Westerners out of Middle East affairs. If given their way they want the whole world to start living by their values. In their point of view anybody who does not live the way they say things should be is no good and should be eliminated. If you do not live according to the values and morals that they say are the law (no matter who you are... Western or Eastern decent, whatever...) then you are justifiably susceptible to their punishment... including death.

The sad part IMO is that while we are being told we are ready should anything ever happen here... I would be willing to bet when it does happen we will find out the hard way that we are not as prepared anywhere near the level that the government etc would like us to believe.
