he was 100% allowed to be there and was 100% allowed to posses and carry the rifle

he legally had a gun to defend himself which is 100% within the law

kyle was the one who was attacked

I notice you didn't say those guys shouldn't have attacked Kyle. oh and YES the evidence showed they did attack kyle
He had no business being they , why did he bring a gun , punkass kid try to act big and tough . If he didn't had no gun , the people wouldn't attacked him. The states is really fucked

Seattle CHOP/CHAZ, Portland Riots, Minneapolis come to mind. Dozens of burned buildings, businesses destroyed and looted, people dead. Sure, call them mostly peaceful if you'd like. Some of us can see and think ourselves, not listen to a CNN reporter who's standing in front of a burning building, calling it "mostly peaceful protest".

New York, Chicago, Atlanta, St. Louis just as example. Cops were treated like trash while they were beaten, injured, insulted, arrested. New York slashed police funds by half IIRC.

In Atlanta 2 cops were arrested for doing their job. They arrested a drunk driver Rayshard Brooks who resisted, fought with them, shot a taser at them and was killed for it. Cops were immediately fired by Democratic Mayor who didn't even wait for dust to settle while a POS hypocrite AG pressed charges. (2 weeks prior he fired 6 Atlanta police officers for using a taser which is considered a deadly weapon in the State of Georgia, but when a drunk convict shot it at cops, it wasn't a deadly weapon anymore).

Cops were discouraged from doing their duty throughout US. Many lost their jobs, pension. Then, when a riot happens, you wonder why they are staying put and not interfering.

And it goes on, and on, and on... and you still only see what you want to see.

Is this your other Atlanta taser incident?.... Sure seems like excessive use of force to me. 2 non violent, unarmed college students pulled from a car and tasered while already under control?

Would any of our lefty members want to be the guy on the ground?

Everyone seems to concentrate on the right leg. Notice where his left leg is- I'm talking about the perp, of course. He's putting his all body plus gravity behind his attack on a guy on the ground. I would have emptied the whole magazine into that dude.

But Darts, that's because the RIGHTIE anti-vaxxers are rioting. Right?

Also massive rightie riots in Rotterdam last night. Gotta shoot a few of those rioters and restore law and order, huh?

"He had no business being they"
He had as much right, probably more right, than the rioters. The U.S. is a free country.

"why did he bring a gun"
Because he would be dead meat without the gun. That was one angry mob out there.

i didnt follow the trial much at all......so i dont have an informed opinion about guilt or innocence.............but for gawd sakes why was a 17 kid crossing State Lines with an assault rifle which is designed soley to kill people.............my concern is this will validate vigilantism more than it is now ..and in some cases this punk ass kid will be hailed as a hero.........already scummy politicians are branding themselves as his "agent"....offering him internships no less..............and i dont doubt that once the dust settles the kid will do a tour on right wing media...presenting himself as a victim, or a hero....when most clear minded people would consider him a guy who thought he could be Rambo and ended up killing 2 people...

Pretty much, yes. The kid had a solid self-defence plea and the DA should NOT have taken the case to trial. At all. Not fucking at all.

But politically, the verdict is going to create a circus and escalate all kinds of shit.

there is no problem crossing state lines his age is also not a problem

its not an assault rifle its a semi automatic sporting rifle the most popular rifle in the us its NOT designed to kill people and if you insist its then WHY are the police in canada being armed with them? do the police plan on killing lots of people?

Without the weapon he would not have inserted himself into the mess. Guaranteed. An untrained 17 year old mind is not your friend in such situations. It got him in over his head, he could not think 2 moves ahead.

That being said, I think the ultimate verdict was right.

What surprised me was how Biden called the jury unamerican, stupid, in full favor of killing black people, and encouraging white people to kill liberals and impose their way of life on the country and destroy anyone they disagree with. He held candlelit vigils for the 3 victims of KR.

Oh wait, he didn't say or do any of that, nor piss on the justice system. He simply said we honour the decision of the jury. Hmm...that's new...

There you go, bud. The rioting in Europe is Far right anti vaxx rioting. THAT'S why all those armed troops are on the street. Because of YOUR guys.

Notice how the Europeans don't involve untrained 17 year olds in responding to riot situations. That's because Europe is not a shit-pile country like the USA.

Designed by Eugene Stoner to maximize damage to people (and with a lighter round than the AK-47, thus a soldier could carry more rounds than the AK or M-14 rounds, and the US military reckoned that he who throws the most rounds wins the fire fight). Not great for hunting. Not even good for home defence, because if you miss you run the risk of killing your neighbour when the round penetrates your suburban home and your neighbours suburban home.

They say all M-16s are AR-15s, not all AR-15s are M-16s. There is a small lever that flips to 3 round burst or full auto on the M-16 not on the AR-15. I preferred the smaller carbine version M-4. (Although actually preferred the ak47, but it was heavier to lug about.).

Anyhow, for informational purposes only.
