Thanks, I'll have to watch that.Dirty Work: written by Norm McDonald, directed by Bob Saget remains an under appreciated classic. It gets funnier with repeat viewing...I nearly popped a hernia on the third viewing.
I donno man. I used to love that movie till I got my NOSE bit off by a SAIGON WHORE!Dirty Work: written by Norm McDonald, directed by Bob Saget remains an under appreciated classic. It gets funnier with repeat viewing...I nearly popped a hernia on the third viewing.

Courtney Thorne-Smith and Norm Macdonald on Conan in 1997
If you haven't seen it - follow the link. The speed that the final line was delivered was amazing.
Conan(and especially Leno) never just settled for the studio gig once they got it. Both continued to work very, very hard at their craft and it showed. They were very sharp, as comedians, and with impeccable timing. Leno worked comedy clubs even at the peak of his popularity...and still does. They're consummate professionals. While not a great joke in itself, the infamous Russian Moth joke shows Norm MacDonald's mastery of telling a joke. Reminds me of the old comics like Buddy Hackett who would go on Carson and tell funny stories with a simple punch line at the end. Actually, Conan's reactions and interjections help this joke along.
