Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama are cheaper too
If Australia wasn't so far I would go their instead of my usual trip to Hawaii.
Hard to believe but our dollar works in our favour when exchanging for Australian dollars.

It would take a minimum of 5 years to set up factories, distribution systems.....etc
