If you could have your way...Who would you like to see run against Miller?

My vote would be for Bill Carrol, on CFRB.

I would like to see a large truck run against Miller, and if he' still moving have it back up and try again.:)

If you provide similar treatment to former US politicians
then we may be able to make a deal. First, Rush and
Foley, more to come. Rush is a test case though I
don't think only one pass over will be successful.

Agreed that Rush may need a few passes but it would depend on the truck we used. As a throw in though I suggest Al Franken and Michael Moore for practice runs.

I am a staunch Conservative ( here and UK) and a Republican for US purposes but I would willingly join anyone driving a truck over Foley if he is truly guilty of what they say.

A dozen teenage pages and an incriminating hard drive can't lie.

I didn't say he was innocent I suggested that we not hang him until after the trial.

So, you still buy the lploy that a political party actually
represents your best interests. Interesting. And a
bit naieve I might add.

I'm an independent equal opportunity critic.
Affirmative action means an affirmation to
take action against any and all political
parties.

Like the good priest once told me:
"Your country and church both let you down."
A statement from a retired Army Chaplain with
the rank of full colonel I never thought I'd hear.
An honest statement

Don't tow the line blindly and I don't agree with many things the Conservatives do, but for me they represent the closest I can get to what I prefer. At times they can be annoying, when they try to show a softer side as an example, but base line I gotta go with the fiscal policy.

Bottom line is the only one you can trust 100% is your dog. ( Unless you are Peter McKay)

Dennis Mills might have had a shot at Miller. Unfortunately Pitfield doesn't have the charisma to win and we will have to endure at least 4 more years of a crumbling metropolis with DM and gang of socialist misfits running the show.

I would vote for someone who really has a vision for what the city can be. Someone who can come up with something other then a "5, 10 and 15 year vision". I would vote for someone who doesn't let partisian politics come in the way of making the city a better place. I don't care if your some crazy communist or a wacko conservative. If you have the vision and will to truley make this city a better place, I'd vote for you.

I'll second that pick. Since that won't happen, I'll take anyone except miller. The worst solution to any problem is either a lawyer or a social worker.
