Ford just keeps flip flopping like a dying fish out of water
I doubt anyone can understand what is going on in his head anymore

Now the King of All Lockdowns who set our entire Re-Opening Plan based on things such as vax levels now no longer cares who is vaxxed and who is not

I've watched soap operas that made more sense than this

Trudeau and Ford know its political suicide to implement a vax passport during election time soon. Cant have too much negativity associated with their image, especially where its possible or even likely these “vaccinated percentages” are overstated to create more perceived social pressure to “fit in” and get the jab. Now its a game of hot potato and the potato gets dropped cuz no one wants to hold onto it.

Vaccine passport or not is irrelevant.
Proof will be required in some form for some things.

The simple reality is that non-vaccinated people will have significant limitations that vaccinated people don`t.
Vaccinated Canadians don`t need to do the 14 days quarantine when they fly home, including the 3 days hotel.

Fully vaccinated U.S. travellers may be allowed into Canada by August, Trudeau says
Fully vaccinated travellers from around the world could begin to arrive by early September.

Heaven
The Personal Information and Protection of Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), makes it illegal for a company to ask for information that is not required for them to provide their service

Just gotta say no to the unconstitutional covid hotel jails, take the ticket to court where itll get thrown out and we’re good to go home right away. Everyone I know has been doing that since Justin implemented that.

Canadian citizens and permanent residents cannot be prevented from exercising their right to return home. Just gotta know your rights!

Why would you assume that the charges will get tossed?
How are they going to be more successful than the JCCF lawyers?

Canada’s federal court rules mandatory quarantine hotels are ‘constitutional’
OTTAWA, Ontario, June 18, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Canada’s federal court has ruled that quarantine hotels imposed by the government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau since January — and for which travelers must pay — are constitutional.

Chief Justice of the Federal Court Paul Crampton issued the ruling today in response to four separate legal challenges with 14 applicants against the mandatory quarantine hotels.
“The impugned measures were within the authority of the AIC [Governor in Council, in this context know as the Administrator in Council] and were within the jurisdiction of the federal government. Finally, the impugned measures do not contravene section 1(a) of the Bill of Rights. Accordingly, these Applications will be dismissed,” concluded Crampton.

The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) was part of the lawsuit against the federal government and represented 10 clients.
The JCCF said it is “disappointed with the Federal Court ruling” and that the decision “will be reviewed thoroughly with a view to appeal.”
The JCCF had argued that “mandatory quarantine of law-abiding Canadian citizens in federally mandated facilities violated their rights to enter and leave Canada freely pursuant to their rights under S. 6(1) of the Charter.”

The government recently increased the fines for those who do not comply with the quarantine rules from $3,000 to $5,000.

It seems you have no fucking clue how to apply PIPDEA to covid situations.
The more accurate statement that sums up Spacealien2 is:
"It is obvious he has no fucking clue about anything."
