Rogers Yahoo Hi-speed also offers a simillar service with disposable addreses to fight spam .Sorry Joy that you've encountered problems with them, I've had the occaisonal hic-up but no major frustrations. Where as friends and neighbours with Bell have been frustrated to no end. No matter who you go with someone is bound to get caught up in the corporate machine and be unable to solve the simplest matter.

Yep, I think that's the truth -- but what else can you do except to say "thank you sir, can I have another?" or to give them the boot??

Check my blog at http://joyfulc1957.livejournal.com for more info about my trials and tribulations with Rogers. It's not like I gave up on them at first sign of trouble -- in fact, you wouldn't even begin to believe the problems I've had with them over the years. I've persevered through so much, but really... there is a limit.

I've reached that limit.

I'm not at all convinced that sympatico will be that much better, but I'm at the point where I'm willing to try. Rogers needs to ask itself whether the number of people asking themselves that question every month is worth the savings they get from undermanning their help desks. And I appreciate that it certainly might be. More power to them -- good profilts!! But not from me anymore.

My internet provider has been cogeco for the last few years, and to date i've only had one hiccup...I went over my limit (downloading). I do not use the email accounts they have provided me with, so I cannot comment on that side of cogeco. I do know that they do not allow adult sites in the web space that they provide with your account, but to date I'm happy. Just thought I'd put in my two cents...
