Posts look bigger now - there seems to be a lot more scrolling. I kinda miss the Fast Reply feature as well.

But, on the whole the new features are kind cool. I like the hover over a thread to see the first few words. I like the ability to see how many people are viewing a forum. I like the overall look of the forum homepages.

Like I said, this will take some getting used to.
