But it's so much better than East Side Marios. Lol. Geez I remember when the Red Lobster at Bay and Dundas was an Olive Garden. I went there last as Olive Garden in 1997 I think. A couple of weeks ago I did exactly that. I crossed the border to eat at the Olive Garden. The border security had such a difficult time understanding this lol.

Next time I cross the border to eat I'm going to make a bit of a drive in the states and make it worthwhile and actually go to Unos Pizza.

I've used the DOUBLETREE by Hilton a couple of times.
Zappies is the place to go for real Italian On Stanley Ave.

For basic home style food I like the FLYING SAUCER a NF icon and a new place called PHYLS both on Ferrie which becomes Lundys Lane a bit further up.

STAY AWAY from AL&MIKES Buffet at Stanley and Ferrie. Went there once for dinner $16.99 buffet.
My grandson wanted water to drink . They don't serve ice water but for $3.99 you can get a bottle of cheap PC water! I walked out went to Zappies!

I usually get great 4 star hotel deals on Priceline. But after many visits along the falls I now prefer further away from the tourist areas. Depends on what your looking for. Since I enjoy the strip clubs my favorite is Best Western Crain Croft about 6400 Lundy. Easy to get either downtown (where a good club and great MP - across street- use to be years ago) or out to Sundowner or what use to be my favorite (whats its name way out West. Last year thought I had a flat tire Lundy got so bumpy getting out that far :)

As for food, my favorite was the Wendy's across from Best Western Crain Croft :). Oh yes, the Flying Saucer is nice and open late night as I recall. I also like the Denny's near downtown but it was closed for remodeling last trip (2015)

My all-time favovite entertainment was May 2015 of "Oh Canada" at Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Show about 8585 Lundy. I might even drive up to the Falls to see it this upcoming trip but believe another play is showing - have to check its schedule.

The Greg Frewin magic theatre.
Geese between Eh Canada and Greg Frewin magic theatre I find more interesting stuff in Niagara than in Toronto (Sauga) where I stay!

Yahoo review of Greg Frewin includes, "... provocative dancing in skimpy clothes." Someone complaining for a "family" theater.
