Nfusion and kbox are both good, i have setup both, the only probglem is that you dont get any ppv as of yet, but there are enough channels on both bev and charlie to satisfy everyone

No, little more to it then just that. There are files to load, depending on the Unit. There are few decent Sat sites still out there with useful info regarding the setup and download of files.

These are some of the sites i go to if i need some files or help, most of the good site are long gone but these ones still do the job:

http://www.ftatalk.com/
http://www.hashhu.com
http://forums.dsstester.com/vbb/

You will have to create an account to veiw the content, dont worry, its free.

i HAVE TWO BOXES OF ULTRA2000 is that going to work after any modifications, or i will have to buy a new version of Box for getting back my Dishnetwork channels which is out since early February, 2009 anyone can guide me how to restore my Dish net work again
and see those hot adult channels? Any information would be helpful for me to start my Dish net work how to go about it, and who is the most reliable companies who can fix this problem and how much will be the damages to restore.
Thanking everyone in advance.

Is IKS safe?
Can they trace IKS?
No, but you can try running your IP through a proxy to make it semi-safe.
Yes.

But why do you care? You haven't broken any laws as long as you operate it in Canada and only receive Dish Network.

Yes and No to your first question. It is possible to pick them up with a nice elliptical dish and a good multi-LNB holder but it requires some very good pointing and you won't pick up all of the birds on each network. Hardly a job for a novice.

Yes, it is possible to get them both from one receiver. Lines from the LNBs feed to something called a DISEQC (read DIE-SEC) switch and from there to the back of your receiver. This part of the set up is fairly standard.

Just get an Nfusion Phoenix but these boxes run the encryption keys off the internet so No internet = no picture. Also there is no guarantee how long they will last, the Nfusion team has the ability to switch off/block the receivers but the boxes are only $210 ~ $220 so the investment usually pays off in a few months.

Check your PM as I'll send you a link to a site with forums where people will help you.

what's the best price anyone's seen on the Nfusion Phoenix?

I was reading a thread on a sat forum where the guy said he paid $199 for one,
every time I've asked around , they were selling them for around $245.

only time I saw anything close to that price they said you'd need to buy 10 or more.
