Training camp has started and the season is just around the corner. Hope springs eternal and every team thinks and hopes they have made the right choices and they are on the upswing. When in reality a lot of teams made the wrong choices and will be rebuilding soon. I love hearing these coaches spewing all those same old lies, "we look really good and we have improved a lot from last year."
The NFL is a passing league now, which means you need a top notch QB and I don't think the NFL has ever had a better collection of QB's. A ton QB drama and movement has happened in the off season, Russell Wilson went to the Broncos, Matt Ryan went to the Colts, D. Watson went to the Browns and still awaiting his suspension. Zach Wilson is accused of having an affair with his Mom's friend, Tom Brady came back, Baker Mayfield went to the Panthers and Aaron Rodgers is still the biggest "look at me" diva in the league.
Bold and not so bold predictions:
- Eagles win the NFC East.
- Lions finish 2nd in the NFC North.
- The Bengals miss the playoffs.
- The Patriots miss the playoffs.
- The Cowboys struggle and barely make playoffs.
- The Bills have best record in the league and don't go to the SB.
- Raiders and Dolphins both make deep runs in playoffs.
- Tom Brady gets injured and finishes his career that way.
- Justin Herbert will lead the lead in passing yds and TD's.
