I use Newsbin with Usenetserver.com

I use newshosting.com. Newzleech.com is the usenet search engine I use.

Make sure you use a program that supports NZB's.

I used Giganews and GrabIt newsreader.
For Linux, Pan newsreader was easier to setup than GrabIt.
