Why is it always less expensive to "play" in Montreal/TO than out in the West (Vancouver/Calgary)?

Is the services/quality of the girls any different?

With one exception, Katarina Ko, I only go the Carman Fox in Vancouver www.carmanfox.com. The price of every girl there is $320/h but almost every girls is movie star gorgeous. Some do BBBJ some don't. I would say 80% of the girls at Carman's compare with the best 10 girls commonly discussed in Toronto. Carman's does have hh services. On the other hand every 10th visit is free if within 3 months and half price if not within 3 months.
