Ya, you are probably right. Sadly for Coco, nobody could understand them and people were going to the apt# that was the buzz code. So stupidity + lots of people at wrong door = problem. Even without the broken English, stupid customers were going to screw this gem up as they will those others you mentioned unfortunately. Its not hard to do when you are worked up in a booby-frenzy.
