Newbie Advertising on Terb Questions

Hello All,

I seem to be running into a short-circuit here. I keep trying to figure out how I can advertise, but the link directs me to a confusing "supporting members information" section. Specifically, I'm looking to post a paid ad for the London section. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm a newbie indy, so please excuse my confusion.
