New Year's Resolutions

This year, I am not going to base my personal happiness on my waist size, what's in my bank account, whether or not that cute boy called me, or what I ate for dinner.

This year I am learning to find true happiness that comes from within. I am learning to appreciate beauty in the small gestures it manifests itself in- a warm breeze, a flower, my cat purring, a smile from a stranger, an inner faith that no circumstance can steal from me.

And yeah, I'm all over yoga. I did hot yoga at Bikram's the other day- I almost puked afterwards but it was totally worth the buzz!
