looks like they will accept reservations after Nov 27th. Rates are reasonable for a newer hotel, not much different from the outdated Chelsea in that regard... I saw low end rates between 179 - 299 / night. Cheaper on weekends like everywhere else downtown. Rooms appear to be pretty small. Maybe I need to check it out, I haven't been downtown in months.
