Hi! I went.. I'll let you know how it went as efficiently but detailed as possible.
Flat $100 fee for 30 mins, no tip. Yes it's in a bad area of town. I would not park my nice vehicle on the street but they have parking behind which is pretty spacious and semi-hidden by a fence. You ring the bell and they let you in. It's a nice new looking set up and it's spacious and has nice mood lighting. They have the wider padded flat massage tables (great for big guys) and spacious washroom to shower and freshen up. The woman was friendly, to the point and took the lead. The place seemed totally empty and that she was alone. There might have been someone else tucked away but I couldn't hear anything. Overall it was a positive experience. She had solid technique with licking me all over and all the other stuff. There was no massage attempt of any kind and I would say that it did feel a bit rushed. Kind of like those dog shows where they run around the ring through the tube, up the ramp going from one thing to the next. I'm sure some of the more experienced hobby guys would have taken charge and slowed things down. I'm still a bit of a noob. There was also a very yappy little dog barking at the door the whole time which was a bit distracting.
I don't know if it was the same woman as the other poster saw. She was 5,2 maybe, black shoulder length hair, Asian with decent English. She was cute, not gorgeous maybe late 20's maybe, hard to tell. I was definitely pleasantly surprised when she opened the door. Body was tight, boobs were fake but not too huge. Compared to a lot of the middle aged women I've seen in the last 6 months for massages she was a pleasant surprise.
For $100 though I was fine with it all. Would I repeat? Yes and I'd try to be more in control and slow things down.
On a side note I'd like to pioneer something called "The DILL Score". Does It Look Legit? If you walk out of a spa and bumped into someone from work can you bluff your way out of telling them you got a pedicure or real massage.
Dill Score: 0/10 for this place. That being said it wouldn't be an issue for most people as it's in a dumpy area of Oshawa. There is no nail stations or pedicure chairs and the tables are too wide for a normal massage. No one will believe that this place is legit if they go inside. That being said it's lovely inside compared to a lot of the places I've been too lately. As a comparison "The Spa on Dundas" would score a 9/10. The SoD has pedicure chairs, a nail station and some machines for some aesthetician stuff. The walls are brightly coloured and it looks like a legit place doing "spa" stuff. Most places are just halls/walls and doors. If a co-worker poked her head in the door at SoD they would think "oh yeah I could see it".
