Hi Guys,

I just went back from one of the SPs, there were two girls and as soon as I pay her, they get me out of the room by shouting and pushing me.
What should I have done in this situation? :)

Should I call the cops? or ...?

My main concern is "soliciting sexual services is against the Canadian criminal code". So that's why I just left.

I guess it would depend if you have a wife or SO. If you are single, I would have demanded my money back, even if they were shouting, I would have shouted back until I got my money back, but that's just me. I think most of the SP's that operate this way think that most of their potential clientele are married or have a SO and don't want to risk being exposed. This is their MO and for them it's easy money without having to provide any services. Just my thoughts.

I could easily shout or even beat both of them and take back my money.

As a single guy, what if they call the police? That's always my fear. The law punishes the buyer not the seller.

What does one do in the situation when you are asking for your money back and she is refusing to give it and threatening to call the police?

The law protect the seller not the buyer. It's kind of a grey area if they refuse to give the money back without providing service especially if buyer is deemed to be doing something illegal.

Nobody wants their face to plastered all over the news.

You did the right thing by leaving in my opinion. You don't want to be risking getting into a fight with those types for a couple hundred.

Beating them would have resulted in other troubles. So maybe don’t result to that if this happens again.
