I think this is sad.
A chief of staff does a tell all? Does this guy ever get work again? Seems like a colossal backstabbing move in hopes of getting pretty minimal money.
Drug addicts are out of control and irrational? Ford was sick, but white and fat is just not gonna get you any charity points. Kicking a guy while he is down fighting cancer.. .just wow... there should be a special place in hell for this guy. I am a big believer in two things: be decent, and be accountable. I think shit like this is reprehensible no matter who is involved, You are the only one driving an agenda here. Enjoy your life in the gutter.

Then that explains his book, thank you. At first, I was going to side with Garrett that Towey's book was not a classy or professional move, but I suppose I can understand why now.
I think that considering this guy was mayor and is still looking at a life in politics - possibly mayor or more .... we should know. For many of us - Rob Ford's character was very transparent but as you saw in previous threads a year ago - there are people who were blind to his flaws and made excuses for them. There are people who still wish this drunken crack smoking homophobic disaster was still mayor. Some people have a thicker skull and you must use a larger hammer to make any kind of a dent.
BTW: Rob Ford is not dying of cancer. I suggest anyone who has doubts visit the cancer ward of a hospital before visiting Ford in city hall.

It's akin to the pedestrian who crosses the street 10 metres away from the signalized intersection and then screams at the car that just went past him for 'going too fast'.

Mendacity, duplicity, hypocrisy and petty, sinister calculation have never been examples of advancement in any kind of field, forum or arena. A snake that eats its own tail.
Those who see reason, can and will. Those who don't, won't.

Not a fan of tell all stories by those in a position of trust whether this or royal household staff or whoever- its tawdry and cheap.
The same could be said for all politicians. Hopefully a trend of digging for the truth will start.
