A & E already has a tv show called off the strip , where a woman in las vegas tries to save women on the vegas strip while they are working the casino and hotel floors. So with A& E track record they will pass on as a show.
Canadian TV they had a woman give women interventions on being mistresses. She host anonymous meetings around the city. claimed she had an affair with Gordan Ramsey.
A&E Has no problem doing a reality tv show of male strippers and praising them for their stud lifestyles but when it comes to females that is where they need to send in a rescue squad.
It really doesn't matter if its an american TV or Canadian TV station starting it, Canada gets American Channels and the few canadians channels they do have they are always in a board room trying to come up with the next years line up. If they run out of ideas they always seem to default to something bashing woman and how they choose to express or celebrate their sexual power.

that took off for a few seasons. about junkies whos families would try to arrange a meeting to try to get them to agree to go to rehab.
then there was that stupid show, Cheaters. where a tv camera and reality host would hire a private investigator to follow people that were cheating on their spouses/girlfriend/boyfriend. and then they'd have this big confrontation with all parties attending, including the s/o. meanwhile, the show host would pretend he feels for the significant other that is being cheated on.
if the significant other stopped arguing with his cheating spouse, the cheating host would jump in and do the arguing for him/her. lol just to make the episode more interesting.
i think the host would even try to get the cheating partners to fight too.
even tho i think it was revealed to be all completely fake. all actors.
