Clients who are LATE and FUCK IT UP for everyone else that day.......FUCK!!!!!!! He is so fucking late he can only stay half an hour cause he has to get going,,,so I lose out on 1 1/2 hour business PLUS the guy I made come later cause of this tool,,,,,he can't come later so I lose on one hour business for him too. AAAAARRRGGGHHHHHH This has been a very expensive fucking day,,,,,,,

I hear your pain, but you should have cancelled the first guy, not the second guy who was going to be on time IMO. You lost out on 2.5 hours instead of 2, plus if I was the second guy I might look elsewhere.

this is one of a few reasons i only book one client a day
they must confirm an hour before the appointment they get 15 mins grace period then they're out of luck
they get one chance if they screw around that's it so sorry i don't do second chances
it really cuts down on the headaches

think about it if we were the ones an hour late they would be flipping out well our time is just as important

Was not insinuating that ALL men are jerks hon, most are terrific guys. Also, yes, sometimes the client gets the raw deal,,,,I was just venting about this ONE guy and this ONE occasion. That's all.
