Time will tell if that strategy works for them; there's bound to be some "leakage" IMO.
I, for one don't trust reviews that need approval from an interested 3rd party.
In the past, if I had a problem with an MA at ALO, I usually took it up with management. Veronica tried to find some middle ground. Sometimes I agreed with her solution, other times - not so much. C'est la vie. I suggest that if there's a problem, one should take it to Veronica & let her figure out a way to make it right. The business is still getting off the ground and things might be a little shaky at first. Give them a chance to iron things out.
Of course, if something really goes South and the solution is absurdly wrong, let her know & don't come back. One could consider that the end of the membership.
