I was there before Katrina and there wasn't much ...
There was one AMP that had steel doors and the mamasan was fearful of LE and didn't offer any extras.
The SCs on Bourbon are there for one purpose, to take as much of your money as possible and they did have drink minimums and door fees.
The SPs charge way too much for their services and then there was the menu pricing on items ... a safe GFE was going to cost me $500/hr and I wasn't in the mood. Out call is prefered as some Incalls were in parts of town that many don't venture at night.
After Katrina, well much more recently ...
The business has dried up but they are still around to cater to the working folk but really not much has changed.
