I never claimed to be a lawyer, over in the USA or in Canada.

BTW..that gun should be illegal everywhere, it shoots shotgun shells, while in my little mind, that makes it a saw off shotgun-maybe worst because how small it is.

I never hear of 22 gauge shotgun shells. , 20 gauge but not 22. And those 20 gauge seem bigger than a 20 gauge bullet.

Like I said, guns do not interest me, I let the police protect me. If I was rich, I get a bodyguard

not gauge. Caliber. As in 22 LR and 22 Magnum. There are shot shells avaiable for both.

My grandfather was killing rats with handgun shot shells over 60 years ago. Still available.

No big deal

Gamegetter was a handgun made in the 40s us to shoot 44.40s and 410 shot shells,

Nothing new.

Ok boys and girls..... handguns are classified as restricted firearms, handguns with a barrel length that's 4 inches and less is classified as prohibited.

Dumb question but how and when does the barrel start and end. I mean, my little Jennings 22 hand gun is just under 5 inch's long, total length and 3.1 inch's high.

If the barrel starts where the back of the trigger is, well then my handgun barrel is 2.60 inch's long at best

Bet the law would not like my liitle gun but it is only a long 22, not no 9mm. God forbid I ever shot anybody-in self defense, I sure would not want to kill them.

With the exception of revolvers, the measurement of barrel length is the distance from the breech face to the muzzle. With pistols just a depth gauge into the barrel until it stops on the breech face. That's the barrel length. For revolvers, from the rear of the barrel where it almost meets the cylinder to the muzzle.

Thats a good law Canada has, my gun is so small, it could even fit in a pair of jeans pocket.

Think I seen the nick name of that gun, is a "belly gun" cause its only powerful at short range. It was in Time magazine a number of years ago as the "top 10 handguns used in a crime" Gee, I wished I saved that story.

Got it, where the firing pin is, or quote from a page on Google...When the head or base of the cartridge case moves rearward, it strikes what is called the breech face of the firearm.

The barrel 2.5 inchs long....Makes a ton of noise too, that must be why.

I said before and I will say it again, I would rather face one of those in a dark alley than a 9mm. Any cop that knows his gun would say the same thing as well.

The guy who wrote that story is not very educated and its a headline grabber of the worst kind.

Hmm, is Sheik a cop

Well no, most cops are good cool guys, it just would explain him being so in to guns and think the law needs to lock up criminals for a longer amount of time. Most cops do think like that.

Guess some other folks do too.
