OK guys this is your chance!! I have decided to take my "way" of doing business and applying it to a larger scale! So everything that has made me successful will be in every single girl that respresents my good name!!

For me impeccable grooming and hygeine are critical. With this is the right "attitude." Not the one the some girls flaunt and seem to be proud of, that condescending arrogance, but the attitude that they are in a service profession and the session is about the client, not them. If the lady has these characteristics, everything else seems to fall into place rather nicely. Good luck.

You are too kind!! I plan to have girls of the same moral fiber as myself....if I cannot find quality, clean and classy women I'll close doors before hiring the others that are around. I do not plan on hiring any of the other agency girls...unless I find some that blow my mind.

I'm offering better pay and working conditions...I'm sure this will bring everyone out of the woodwork...but to me...just having a vagina does not mean that you are capable of being a top escort !


It's time that Kingstonians get an agency comparable to Montreal or Toronto agency's...This is my goal!

Rachelle, I think that it's about time that someone who understands the business takes the reins. I know that Kingston would welcome some additional talent....especially from someone who consistantly maintains higher standards.

I think your difficulty will be in finding some hidden gems that can break out of the current Kingston mould. Maybe you'll need to start bringing in some guest stars...or friends from the dancing scene.

Rachelle, I have had to pleasure of meeting you a few times. And your attitude and service is comparable to some of the ladies I've met in Ottawa. I hope you can make a go of it. I've tried a couple of times in Kingston in the past and I must say it sucks. Place like touch of class are rip offs! In my mind.

This bull with paying the "bouncer" at the door then negotiating with some woman with terrible attitude is, well terrible! Good service with fair price! Oh and a discreet location! Discreet!!!! Kingston isn't that big!

SPIKE YOU ARE ON TO ME!! Risky Business has always been one of my fave movies. I'm planning on putting up "help wanted" signs at Queens and St Lawrence..It has been my plan all along to hire these girls. I think that there are alot of students who would do it but just don't no where or how to start. Now I'm not going to put up a sign that says" Come be an escort". It will be tastefully written and the $ $ $ are what will catch there attention. I plan to employ mostly students...however I'd like to find a few "mature" well taken care of older ladies!!

ok....I know plenty of ncm's who have both, salt of the earth and all that. Ppl criticize the conformity and discipline of the military as anti-intellectual, but it's really about building survival instincts for combat. And the non-thinking/high-school drop-out is old-school military (12th gr.is required)-> many ncms have degrees, and constructive initiative/ideas/leadership are encouraged at the lowest levels. Ok, I'm biased but I have several years of personal experience to speak from.....
