okay... for over 15 years we've spent new years at our best friends place. This year... something different, my wife starts radiation for breast cancer ( it's going to be okay) on Dec 30. She and I want to go downtown.... see the modigiani show at the AGO, and then just relax in a nice hotel.... with a jacuzzi tub. Help... which is the best hotel with that in a non $1,000 price range.

I'd spend that in a heartbeat, but I'd really like to know my options.

Not sure about the jacuzzi, but you can ask.

InterContinental (the new one beside the Convention Centre - used to be Crown Plaza but it's been completely renovated)

I can't gaurantee a jacuzzi, but if you want to be pampered and treated like royalty then the Windsor Arms is your place.

I like the SoHo Met myself, but Le Germain is also really, really nice - not sure about jacuzzis or anything though.
