As for requests for BBFS, I suspect that independent escorts attract a different crowd than other SPs. Back when I first saw "open-minded" it leaned more towards SPs providing PSE type services (BUT NOT BBFS) since many provided only GFE or less, although many guys thought it meant BBFS. When other SPs saw that these SP's business increased, they started using the term as well, with some living up to that phrase's meaning. Over time, 2-5 years, when "open-minded" became common-place, other inventive SPs started using "low restrictions" where service typically was more PSE type service (Including anal) and some but not many making it a real PSE by also offering BBFS, sometimes at no additional fee so the guys would become regulars.
The latter is when "low restrictions" after a few months up to now started to take on the potential reference of BBFS for quite some time but doesn't always mean BBFS is avaialble. In fact as years have passed the newer indy (LL) SPs may use "low restrictions" without knowing it's potential meaning.

IMO low restrictions anymore is comparable to open minded these days and could range anywhere from an intense GFE/PSE interaction (with condom) but potentially all the way to BBFS even though the latter seems to be more openly advertised by some SPs these days especially on LL and Locanto than it did years ago.
