What the hell are you talking about? It was YOU who brought this up.

And seeing as I made no comment whatsoever on this topic, you are delusional. Please quote my comment on the topic to prove you are not a liar.

It is now three days and you continue to duck. Just like always.

Find the quote where I discuss the Indian sub-continent or revolution there and I will impose a TERB self-ban for a month. If you can't then you ban yourself for only 1 week. I only pointed out how you ducked Valcazar's question, which in no way displays an interest in the topic. One month vs. one week.

Waiting for your quack, quack, quack.
Hey Shack, don't worry about Valcazar. He's doing just fine and I think he is very capable of letting you know if he wants you as his spokesperson.
If that is your reply to my post, you have refuted nothing. You admit you lied. Please don't post for a week.

BTW, Valcazar is capable of letting us know if he is fine.

Back it up. Otherwise you are just blowing pungent air.
Here you go, maybe you should do some reading before talking about things you know nothing about
.

Troglodytes don't speak for the rest of the people. The vast majority of NBA fans either support or aren't bothered by the messaging. Those that are offended by it don't seem to have much of an impact on the sport. These ratings claims are the same as we heard after Kapernik, weak excuses for people to ignore the world has changed and they haven't. This seems to be another case where the right no longer care about businesses having the right to make their own decisions if it infringes on their right to desire a idealized 1950's existence.

And no, it's not all about their wallets. If it was, they wouldn't have said anything.
They fans aren't offended of the message just tired of it. That's why they are tuning out. It's not a weak excuse. It's a fact. Why are the ratings for other sports up then? Golf, baseball and NASCAR have seen a boost in ratings unlike the NBA. I wonder why that is? Could it be that people use sports as an escape from everyday life where they are bombarded with the same messages over and over again. They don't want to hear it watching sports.

The Sports Illustrated article which contained that statement was published in 2009!!! As I told you, it might have been true back then but not recently. Get a more recent reference. Otherwise you stink like the skunk digging up my yard lol
Here' one from 2018 smart ass. Most of these guys are poor when they enter the league and have no idea how to manage money. I guess your the skunk. lol

This is your proof?? Did you read it? The writer states “At last look” and then recites the same info from 2009 without any new evidence. You should go back to school to learn proper information interpretation. Good luck.
He says at last look. He doesn't state a year. I think you have problems with interpretation. I have provided proof, you haven't. Do you have any proof things have changed otherwise. He is a former player who started being a financial advisor 10 years ago and keeps seeing the same issue. In this article in the very first line it says the numbers are the same as in 2009.

Poll is now closed. Good voter turnout. Thanks to all who participated.

Conversations were fairly civil by TERB standards.

Of the 30 players mentioned, only 2 went bankrupt in the last 5 years. For how much the landscape has changed in the last 5 years, read the article above. Also NBA players now have a strong pension plan covering even players who retired several years ago. Things are not as bleak as they used to be.

The skunk did not make an appearance last night after I sprayed my yard with a repellent. So be gone, too, Gooseifur 😭
Sorry . you're wrong

Where in the article does it say only 2 in the last 5 years. It doesn't. Are you making it up? Sorry I proved my point you didn't. The only foul Odor is coming from you.

Hey snowflake, nobody cares about their message. The ratings are way down because people are tired of it and they know it. They said numerous times that their message wasn't getting through and were getting frustrated. Nice spin though. They were ready to leave and were "convinced" to stay. It's about their wallets and nothing more. The owners also told them they will help with the cause. I'm sure a few will but the majority won't because they are old white men who don't give a shit about their cause. They know if they don't play they won't get paid their contracts next year because the owners will be crying that they lost money. You snowflakes are so naive. You do realize none of these guys said anything about China's abuses while they were there because it would have cost them money? If they are for social justice and against abuses why didn't they say anything? It's like Michael Jordan said when people asked him why he didn't speak up when it came to racial and social issues. Because Republicans buy sneakers too. The majority of the people who watch and go to NBA games are white. You are also wrong about me hating their message. I don't have a problem with it if they were consistent, but they are not. I'm against racism and social injustice but lets be real here none of these guys who got shot are good people. Breonna Taylor Being the exception, If you follow police instructions and don't resist you will be OK. This case still has a lot of missing pieces, so I can't say whether the cop should be charged or not.
Even Breonna Taylor's not as innocent as people are claiming. She's an ex EMT who was forced to resign back in 2016, and she was knee deep in drugs and her name WAS on the warrant and it WASN'T a no-knock warrant. The police did announce themselves.
