End income tax, close the IRS and replace that income with tariffs.

One tariff theory is Trump likes them because he can wield them to punish and reward who he wishes without having to get approval. (Only when an emergency is declared, hence the emergency he declared was the fentanyl coming in from Canada and Mexico). (Yes, something like 40 lbs all year from Canada but what are facts...).
Part of the reason they were done away with 100+ years ago in USA was the corruption caused when deciding who gets a waiver.
