Naked or Nude in own Yard?

The other option would be that we put together a TERB float for 'Pride Day', and hand out pamphlets regarding current sex laws, and our support for the sex trade. We might be able to get a spot between two groups of lesbians. Or are you all too homophobic to do that?
I was thinking of marching in Pride this year (a shoes and mask event to be sure). I think that they even have a straight section for people who are not gay, but are supportive. Topless is fine because you can be topless in public thanks to Gwen Jacobs.
Nude is only fine if you are in a place that can reasonably be called "private", meaning not in public view. If you have a big fence around your back yard that's probably good enough.

Sounds good BUT who call the shots? And even if we have the "coolest float" how do we know it be allowed?
I have few ideas, some hot looking chicks. Guess we need some guys too-have some dressed in business suits and others in party shorts-that be me.
Great idea, maybe "pride day" should be changed to like "sexual freedom day".

I don't think they would, it got enough publicity, that they know it is allowed. And it was a human rights ruling, so if they did ticket her, that would violate her human rights, so it would be like police brutality, and she could sue and win. I recall a case a few years ago where a Jeep was driving up the 400 with some topless girls in it, and snarling up the traffic. The papers reported that the cops pulled them over, and begged them to cover up, for the sake of safety, even though they were legally allowed.Rockslinger said:
